Henllys Estate Bed and Breakfast…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

is a beautifully converted early 17th century stables and coach house. Set in the tranquil Towy Valley and surrounded by verdant fields and beautiful woodlands Henllys Estate offers you the opportunity to unwind and reconnect with the natural world. There is a beautiful lake and 17 acres of broadleaf woodland that you are welcome to walk through. The lake offers a peaceful contemplative spot to rest and the woodlands are full of birds. In any season there is something interesting happening on this land. Lush mosses colonise the woods during late autumn and winter, spring offers bluebells in reckless abundance followed by wild flowers and waving grasses, there are lambs and chickens and in early summer thousands of tiny frogs emerge from the lake. Late summer has yet to be seen by us but I am convinced it is quite as magical.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We have 5 rooms, 2 doubles, 2 twins and a king sized room. Each has an en-suite, a TV and tea and coffee facilities. They are warm and cozy and the doubles and twins all open out into a courtyard surrounded by abundant planting. The courtyard offers a place to relax, eat breakfast on fine mornings if you wish, or sit and have an afternoon cup of tea. The dining room and the king room upstairs are where the hay loft used to be and are large airy spaces with exposed original beams full of character. We offer a fresh continental breakfast and can cater to most dietary preferences with enough notice. All our food is vegetarian or vegan.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We are situated 5 minutes away from Llandovery town, which offers a number of places to eat, a quaint high street with some sweet independent shops, a bakery<\/a><\/strong>, a nice cafe<\/a><\/strong>, craft centre<\/strong>, post office and charity shops. Llandovery is also a good jumping off point for the Breacon Beacons we are only 10 minutes away from the boarder of the national park and often our guests are here to hike Pen-Y-Fan<\/strong> or visit waterfall country<\/strong>. There is no end of things to do in this part of Wales, here<\/a><\/strong> are just some of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
